THE PROPERTY HUNTER
The job
The property hunter accompanies his clients in the purchase of an apartment or a house by providing them with advice and security. He is the intermediary throughout the real estate project, from the definition of the need until the signature at the notary. It can be for a main residence, a second home or for an investment.
His remuneration
The real estate hunter does not get paid by the agencies but only by his client (the buyer). As stipulated in the Hoguet law, he is remunerated only if successful and once the authentic deed has been signed.
